Subfamily: Pythoninae
The Pythonidae, commonly known simply as pythons, from the Greek word python-πυθων, are a family of non-venomous snakes found in Africa, Asia and Australia. Among its members are some of the largest snakes in the world. Eight genera and 26 species are currently recognized.

Natricinae is a subfamily of the colubrid family of snakes which contains 28 genera. Members of this subfamily include many very common snake species, such as the European Grass Snakes, and the North American Water Snakes.

Subfamily: Colubrinae
Colubrinae is a subfamily of the Colubridae family of snakes. It includes numerous genera, and taxonomic sources often disagree on the exact number. It is the largest subfamily of colubrids, and many of the most commonly known snakes are members of this subfamily, including, but not limited to: rat snakes, king snakes, milk snakes, vine snakes and indigo snakes.
